NO UFK Classes from Sept 21-30th

We will be closed for classes Friday, Sept 21st until Sunday, Sept 30th due to a conflict in the Church Clothing Drive scheduled for that week. Classes resume on Monday, October 1, 2007.

Ladies, this is a last minute announcement that today at 4:30 pm, we will have a couples Bag Circuit session at the gym.  I thought about this last night and it being Valentine’s day and all coming up, some of the ladies have requested that we do this.  Jeff doesn’t think any guys are going to show up in fear of you all embarrassing them so let’s be gentle!!!!  We will still have regular class at 5:30 pm of course, so no worries in case you’re not participating at 4:30pm.
